摘要
目的分析急诊床旁超声教学对住院医师临床综合能力的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年6月百色市人民医院的60名新入科住院医师为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。所有新入科医师进入超声科后均由高年资医师培训指导,培训2周,每天8 h。对照组全天跟随导师在诊室培训;观察组上午在诊室培训,下午跟随导师参加急诊床旁超声检查。比较两组医师培训后的理论考核成绩、操作技能考核成绩、临床思维能力评分以及教学满意度。结果两组培训后的理论考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组操作技能考核成绩、临床思维能力评分、自主学习能力和教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在诊室培训教学中融入急诊床旁超声教学能够显著提高住院医师的操作技能、临床思维、自主学习能力,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the influence of bedside ultrasound teaching on clinical comprehensive ability of residents in emergency department.Methods A total of sixty newly admitted residents in Baise People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by random number table method.All new physicians who enter the ultrasound department are trained and guided by senior physicians for 2 weeks,8 hours per day.The control group followed their supervisor throughout the day for training in the consultation room.The observation group received training in the consultation room in the morning and followed their supervisor to participate in emergency bedside ultrasound examination in the afternoon.The results of theoretical assessment,operational skills assessment,clinical thinking ability score and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups of doctors after training.Results There were no significant differences in the theoretical examination scores between the two groups after training(P>0.05).The observation group had higher scores in the operational skill assessment,clinical thinking ability score,independent learning ability and teaching satisfaction than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrating emergency bedside ultrasound teaching into consultation room training can significantly improve resident physicians'operational skills,independent learning ability and clinical thinking,and is worth promoting.
