摘要 将报废的石墨坩埚经破碎、混匀、缩分、磨样处理,得到满足检测要求的样品。称取一定量的样品,通过配料调整物料的硅酸度,加入一定量的硝酸钾消除样品中过量的还原力。物料在坩埚中经高温熔融得到含有贵金属的铅扣,得到的铅扣在富氧状态下进行灰吹,铅及贱金属被氧化与金银等贵金属分离,获得含有贵金属的金银合金粒。金银合粒经硝酸分金后得到金片,通过重量法计算样品中的金含量。 The scrapped graphite crucible is crushed,mixed,fractionated and ground to obtain a sample that meets the testing requirements.W eigh a certain amount of sample,adjust the silica acidity of the material by batching,and add a certain amount of potassium nitrate to eliminate the excessive reducing force in the sample.The material is melted at high temperature in the crucible to obtain a lead buckle containing precious metals,and the obtained lead buckle is ash blown in an oxygen-rich state,and the lead and base metals are oxidized and separated from precious metals such as gold and silver to obtain gold and silver alloy particles containing precious metals.Gold flakes are obtained by nitric acid separation,and the gold content in the sample is calculated by gravimetric method.
