摘要
擦拭取样是检测热室内物体放射性的常见操作,取样过程中,需要将擦拭纸运入或运出热室。由于热室内放射性较强,取样过程需考虑屏蔽及自动化要求,本文研究设计了一种在操作区与热室之间擦拭物转运装置,采用偏心梯形丝杠组件传动结构,无需独立设置导向装置,实现了结构紧凑、可靠性高、维修方便的设计目标,具有广泛的适用性,且为后续该类型的转运装置的设计研发提供了参考思路。
Wipe sampling is a common practice for detecting radioactivity in objects within hot cell.During the sampling process,wipes need to be transported in and out of the hot cell.Due to the high radiation of the hot cell,shielding and automatic operation are required during the whole process.A kind of wiper transfer device between the operating area and the hot cell is researched and designed.The device uses an eccentrically arranged screw to drive the transfer trolley.It has the advantages of high reliability,easy operation,and remote inspection and maintenance.It can be widely used and referred to other such kind of transfer devices.
