摘要
核化工涉及核能开发、利用以及处理的全周期过程,针对燃料后处理以及放射性废物处置等过程,物料转运技术是重点研究对象,对于常见的核化工设备而言,不可或缺的重要功能为密封转运。本文通过对双盖密封转运形式进行原理上的分析研究以及对密封圈进行材料性能上的研究,并提出了一种新型的成对密封圈的结构形式,通过模拟仿真分析对密封圈进行了结构优化以及密封能力计算。最后通过搭建实验平台,通过实验对比与分析,验证了成对密封圈的密封性能。最终研制出了一种可以满足核化工领域密封转运的橡胶密封圈。
Nuclear chemical industry involves the whole cycle process of nuclear energy development,utilization and disposal.For spent fuel reprocessing and radioactive waste disposal,material transfer technology is a key research object.For common nuclear chemical equipment,sealed transfer is an indispensable function.In this paper,the transfer form of seal rings for the double door transfer technique is analyzed and studied in principle,also,the material properties of the seal rings were studied,and a new structure form of the double door transfer technique was proposed.The structure optimization and sealing capacity of the sealing ring were carried out through simulation analysis.The experimental platform was built,and the sealing performance of the paired sealing rings was verified through experimental comparison and analysis.Finally,a rubber seal ring which can meet the requirements of the nuclear chemical field seal transfer was developed.
