摘要
生态兴则文明兴,林草兴则生态兴。林草干部教育培训承担着培养造就高质量专业化林草干部队伍的重要使命,在长期实践中积累了丰富经验,形成了规范化和科学化的干部教育培训制度体系、内容体系和保障体系,成效斐然,但也存在宏观调控不够、系统培训体制机制尚需完善、针对性有效性有待进一步加强等问题。实现林草干部教育培训高质量发展,必须从强化政治引领、推进治理体系现代化、创新内涵发展、着力提质增效、完善保障体系五个方面入手,充分释放干部教育培训活力与吸引力,真正使之成为干部素质能力提升、事业发展进步的重要阵地。
The soundness of ecology leads to the prosperity of civilization,and the well-being of forestry and grassland leads to the soundness of ecology.Forestry and grassland cadre education and training undertakes the important mission of cultivating a high-quality and professional cadre team.It has accumulated rich experience in long-term practice,forming a standardized and scientific cadre education and training system,content system,and support system,with remarkable results.However,there are still problems such as insufficient macro-con-trol,imperfect systematic training mechanism,and the need to further strengthen pertinence and effectiveness.To achieve high-quality development of forestry and grassland cadre education and training,it is necessary to start from five aspects:strengthening political guidance,promoting the modernization of the governance system,innovating connotative development,focusing on improving quality and efficiency,and improving the support system.This will fully unleash the vitality and attractiveness of cadre education and training,truly making it an important front for improving cadresquality and ability and promoting career development.
