摘要
针对MB670掘锚一体机在使用过程中只能顺槽施工且只进不退,施工效率低、单体支柱支护滞后性大的问题,通过对掘锚一体机结构分析,对设备运行时存在的问题进行了改造,创新性研究出了一种掘锚一体机快速掘进工艺,使掘锚一体机能够完成顺槽、联络巷、大断面切眼等处的施工作业。根据实际应用表明,该技术能够拓展掘锚一体机的应用范围,有效提升巷道掘进效率和安全性。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the MB670 integrated tunneling and anchoring machine,which can only be used in the process of down-tunnel construction and only advances but not retreats,the construction efficiency is low,and the lag of the monolithic pllar support is large.By analysing the structure of MB670,reforming the problems of equipment operation,we have innovatively researched a rapid digging process of MB670,which enables MB670 to complete the construction work in the trench,contact lane and large section eyelet cutting,etc.According to the practical application,this technology can be used in the construction of the trench,contact lane and large section eyelet cutting.According to the actual application,this technology can expand the application scope of the integrated machine,effectively improve the tunnel boring efficiency and safety.
