摘要
为保证工作面仰斜开采时的安全,避免回采出现煤壁片帮事故,通过对煤体结构稳定性的受力分析,并结合其他相关影响因素,提出在工作面仰斜回采阶段利用两巷顺槽施工超前注浆钻孔进行加固治理,采取波雷因PN-1型注浆材料充填煤岩体破碎裂隙,提高煤体塑性强度和抗拉强度,经过钻孔窥视:孔内煤岩层分布均匀,原生裂隙被注浆材料充填,痕迹明显,未发现横向和纵向裂隙,工作面仰斜回采时未发生片帮现象。
In order to ensure the safety during the mining of the working face upslope and avoid the occurrence of coal wall wall accidents in the mining,through the force analysis of the stability of the coal body structure and combining with other relevant factors,it is proposed that in the mining stage of the working face upslope mining,advance grouting borehole is used to strengthen and control the construction of two lane channeling,and Bolene PN-1 type grouting material is adopted to fill the fractured coal rock mass.The plastic strength and tensile strength of coal body were improved.Through drilling,the coal rock strata in the hole were evenly distributed,the primary cracks were filled with grouting materials,and the traces were obvious.No transverse and longitudinal cracks were found,and no sheet caving phenomenon occurred when the working face was tilted upward.
