车用锂离子电池快速均衡方法研究

摘要 为解决电动车电池在工作时出现的能量不一致的问题,设计了一种基于三绕组变压器的双层均衡拓扑结构,该拓扑可实现任意单体与单体、单体与部分单体、部分单体与单体、单体与整体之间的能量传输,并通过比较电池之间的荷电状态(SOC)、工作时的产热情况,确定分状态的均衡控制策略。使用MATLAB/Simulink软件进行模型搭建并仿真,试验表明:该均衡方法能够有效缩短均衡时长,缓解电池间的不一致性问题,对比传统变压器均衡方法,静置、充电、放电所需均衡时间分别缩短67.7%,66.12%,30.05%。 In order to solve the problem of energy inconsistency in the operation of electric vehicle battery,a double-layer equilibrium topology structure was designed based on three-winding transformer,which could realize the energy transfer between arbitrary monomer and monomer,monomer and partial monomer,partial monomer and monomer,and monomer and whole.Comparing the state of charge(SOC)between batteries and the heat production during operation,the equilibrium control strategies of different states were determined.Using MATLAB/Simulink software,the model was built and the simulation was conducted.Experiments show that the balanced method can effectively shorten the balancing time and alleviate the inconsistency problem between batteries.Compared with the traditional transformer balancing method,the balancing time required for standing,charging and discharging shortens by 67.7%,66.12%and 30.05%respectively.
