摘要
目的 分析循证护理后孕期系统性红斑狼疮患者认知水平、负性情绪及用药依从性的变化。方法 将98名孕期系统性红斑狼疮患者作为研究对象,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用循证护理方法。结果 循证护理后,观察组认知水平与用药依从性高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁水平低于对照组。结论 循证护理可有效缓解孕期系统性红斑狼疮患者的不良情绪,提高其孕期认知水平及用药依从性。
Objective To analyze the changes in cognitive level,negative emotions,and medication adherence of pregnant patients with systemic lupus erythematosus after evidence-based nursing.Methods 98 pregnant patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were selected as the study subjects.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received evidence-based nursing care.Results After evidence-based nursing,the cognitive level and medication adherence of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the levels of anxiety and depression were lower than those of the control group.Conclusion Evidence based nursing can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of pregnant patients with systemic lupus erythe-matosus and improve their cognitive level and medication compliance during pregnancy.
