塑钢纤维改性聚合物混凝土的耐久性试验

摘要 混凝土的耐久性是适应复杂腐蚀环境的根本保证。通过在聚合物混凝土中掺入不同量和不同长度的塑钢纤维(HPP),从而对聚合物混凝土进行改性,并对改性后的聚合物混凝土性能进行探究。结果表明,当聚合物混凝土中HPP体积分数掺量为0.5%,长度为30mm时,HPP聚合物混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度分别为42.5MPa和4.22MPa,且具备较好的抗冻融循环性能、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能以及抗氯离子渗透性能。由此得出,HPP掺入得到的聚合物混凝土具有良好的耐久性。 The durability of concrete is the fundamental guarantee to adapt to complex corrosive environments.By adding different amounts and lengths of plastic steel fibers(HPP)into polymer concrete,the polymer concrete was modified and the properties of the modified polymer concrete were explored.The results show that when the volume fraction ratio of HPP in polymer concrete is 0.5%and the length is 30mm,the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of HPP polymer concrete are 42.5 MPa and 4.22 MPa,respectively,and the HPP polymer concrete has good freezing-thawing resistance cycles performance,anti-sulfate corrosion performance and anti-chloride permeability performance.It is concluded that the polymer concrete obtained by adding HPP has good durability.
