多功能扭矩校准装置设计及性能验证

摘要 为满足国内工业能力和能源需求发展,为确保我国船舶及航空等领域动力计量仪器量值准确性和溯源性,笔者团队设计制造了一台50 kNm多功能扭矩校准装置。首先介绍了扭矩校准装置的结构原理,然后通过试验分析,对其性能进行了测试验证,研究装置量值传递过程中的稳定性和扩展不确定度。试验结果表明:在测量范围为1~50 kNm范围内,装置扩展不确定度为U_(rel)=0.1%(k=2)。此装置可根据《扭矩计量器具》(JJG 2047—2006)检定规程,将扭矩参数溯源到国家基准,实现扭矩计量仪器量值的准确性和溯源性。 In order to meet the development of domestic industrial capacity and energy demand,and ensure the accuracy and traceability of the value of power measurement instruments in shipbuilding,aviation and other fields in China,the author's team has designed and manufactured a 50 kNm multifunctional torque calibration device.This article first introduces the structural principle of the torque calibration device.Then,it tests and verifies its performance through experimental analysis,and studies its stability and expanded uncertainty in the process of its value transmission.Ex⁃perimental results show that in the measurement range of 1~50 kNm,the expanded uncertainty of the device is U_(rel)=0.1%(k=2).This device can trace torque parameters to national standards according to the verification regulation of"Torque Measuring Instruments"(JJG 2047—2006),so as to achieve the accuracy and traceability of the value of torque measuring instruments.
