摘要
介绍了中国计量科学研究院新研制的基于空气轴承支撑技术的100N·m扭矩标准机的工作原理、机械结构和电气控制系统及该机的性能试验和不确定度评定。对该机进行的性能试验结果表明:100N·m扭矩标准机的重复性优于2×10^-5,不确定度优于2×10^-5(k=2)。
A set of high accuracy 100 N · m torque standard machine is developed at National Institute of Metrology (NIM). The air bearing technology and flexible coupling are firstly used in this torque standard machine in China, the accurate adjustment technology is used, and the low expansion alloy (INVOR) is used as the material of arm lever, as a result the uncertainty of this machine is minimized. The operation principle, mechanical structure and electric control system of this machine are introduced, the uncertainty assessment and the results of performance test are described. The results show that the repeatability of the machine is better than 2 ×10^-5, the uncertainty is less than 2 ×10^-5(k = 2).
