摘要
试验旨在研究大骨鸡公鸡血清生化指标变化规律,分析不同生长速度间的血清生化指标差异。试验将1日龄263羽公鸡饲养至24周龄,自第3周开始,每单周末随机选5只鸡采血,测定血清生化指标。第12周龄,随机取高(H组)、低(L组)体重鸡各12只,准确计量体重并采血测定血清生化指标。结果显示:各周龄公鸡血清白蛋白、球蛋白、总二氧化碳、钙、总胆红素、尿素氮与周龄呈显著或极显著正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),白球比、总胆汁酸、葡萄糖、无机磷与周龄呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。除血清中谷草转氨酶无显著差异(P>0.05)外,各饲养阶段其他血清指标均有显著差异(P<0.05)。12周龄H组血清中总胆汁酸含量显著高于L组(P<0.05),葡萄糖含量极显著低于L组(P<0.01),体重与血清中总胆汁酸、脂肪酶和葡萄糖呈显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)相关。研究表明,试验确定了大骨鸡公鸡各饲养阶段的血清生化指标含量及差异,明确第12周龄大骨鸡公鸡体重与血清中胆汁酸、葡萄糖和脂肪酶有关,并可用数学模型估测体重。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the changes of serum biochemical indexes of Dagu chicken roosters and analyze the differences of serum biochemical indexes among chickens with different growth rates.In the experiment,263 roosters aged one day were raised to 24 weeks old.From the third week,five cocks were randomly selected for blood collection every single weekend,and serum biochemical indexes were measured.At the 12th week of age,12 chickens with high body weight(H group)and six chickens with low body weight(L group)were randomly selected,and their body weight was accurately measured and blood samples were taken to measure serum biochemical indexes.The results showed that serum albumin,globulin,total carbon dioxide,calcium,total bilirubin,and urea nitrogen were significantly or extremely significantly positively correlated with age(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while albumin to globulinl ratio,total bile acid,glucose,and inorganic phosphorus were significantly negatively correlated with age(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum aspartate aminotransferase levels(P>0.05),while there were significant differences in other serum indexes among different feeding stages(P<0.05).At 12 weeks old,the serum total bile acid content in H group was significantly higher than that in L group(P<0.05),and glucose content was significantly lower than that in L group(P<0.01).There was a significant(P<0.05)or extremely significant(P<0.01)correlation between body weight and serum total bile acid,lipase,and glucose levels.The study indicates that the contents and differences of serum biochemical indexes in different feeding stages of Dagu chicken roosters are determined,and the body weight of 12-week-old Dagu chickens is related to bile acid,glucose and lipase in serum,and the body weight can be estimated by a mathematical model.
