苹果树叶对关中奶山羊产奶性能和生化指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了评估苹果树叶对关中奶山羊产奶性能和健康状况的影响,本试验选用28只关中奶山羊,按配对试验设计原则,根据试验羊只的体质量、产奶量、产羔胎次和产奶日期将其分为4个处理,每处理7只。分别用0、300、500和700 g/kg的苹果树叶替代苜蓿干草添加在4个处理,分别测定各处理奶山羊的产奶量、乳成分和血液生化指标。结果表明,添加300和500 g/kg的苹果树叶处理分别与其他处理相比,关中奶山羊的产奶量显著提高(P<0.05);添加苹果树叶对关中奶山羊乳成分中乳干物质、乳脂肪和乳糖含量影响不显著(P>0.05),但添加700 g/kg的苹果树叶处理乳蛋白含量显著低于其他各处理(P<0.05);各处理血液中尿素氮、乳酸脱氢酶、碱性磷酸酶以及谷草转氨酶的含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,在本试验条件下,添加300和500 g/kg苹果树叶能提高关中奶山羊的产奶量(P<0.05),但对乳成分和血液生化指标影响不显著(P>0.05)。 In order to evaluate the effects of apple leaves on milking performance and health status of Guanzhong dairy goats in this study,28 lactating Guanzhong dairy goats were divided into 4 treatments according to body weight,milk yield,parity and date of lambing by matching experimental principle.0,300,500 and 700 g/kg apple leaves were substituted alfalfa hay to feed 4 treatments respectively,and the milk production,milk components and blood biochemical parameters were determined in the dairy goat of each treatment.The results showed that the 300 and 500 g/kg apple leave treatment groups increased milk yield significantly(P0.05) compared with other two treatments;the influence was not significant in milk dry,milk fat,milk lactose in apple leave treatment groups(P0.05),but milk protein significantly decreased in treatment group of 700 g/kg apple leaves compared with other treatment.The content difference of urea nitrogen,lactate dehydrogenase,alkaline phosphatase and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase in blood was not significant among the 4 treatment(P0.05).In this experiment,the 300 and 500 g/kg apple leave treatment can increase milk yield(P0.05),but the influence was not significant for milk composition and biochemical parameters(P0.05).
