摘要
电网边缘终端隐私数据容易被篡改,导致数据防篡改成功率与加密安全性下降,防篡改工作时间增加,设计基于矩阵补全的电网边缘终端隐私数据防篡改方法。采用低秩函数采集电网边缘终端隐私数据,通过随机噪声干扰识别和奇异值阈值恢复,结合拉格朗日乘子算法实现电网边缘终端隐私数据矩阵补全。根据矩阵补全结果,对数据进行全局模糊化处理,通过矩阵补全识别数据特性,根据数据特性设置加密维度,阻止外部的篡改攻击行为,实现数据防篡改。实验结果表明,所提方法的防篡改成功率在90%以上,数据安全系数在9.9以上,防篡改工作时间最大值仅为1.73 s,实际应用效果好。
The privacy data of power grid edge terminal is easy to be tampered,which leads to the decline of data anti⁃tampering success rate and encryption security,and the increase of tamper prevention working time.A matrix completion based privacy data tamper prevention method for power grid edge terminal is designed.The low rank function is used to collect the privacy data of power grid edge terminals,and the random noise interference identification and singular value threshold recovery are combined with the Lagrangian multiplier algorithm to complete the privacy data matrix of power grid edge terminals.According to the matrix completion results,the data is globally fuzzified.The data characteristics are identified through matrix completion,and encryption dimensions are set according to the data characteristics to prevent external tampering attacks and achieve data tamper prevention.The experimental results show that the anti⁃tampering success rate of the proposed method is above 90%,the data security factor is above 9.9,and the maximum anti tampering working time is only 1.73 s.The practical application effect is good.
