摘要
以热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)为主基体,改性竹粉为填料,采用超临界发泡技术制备了鞋用TPU复合发泡材料。研究了不同改性竹粉含量对复合发泡材料形貌结构、热稳定性、熔体流动性、密度、发泡倍率的影响。结果表明,当添加改性竹粉后,复合发泡材料的微观泡孔形貌特征为闭孔结构;随着竹粉添加量的增加,并泡情况减少,孔径逐渐减小并逐渐趋于均一;在一定范围内,随着改性竹粉添加量的增加,复合材料的起始分解温度不变,熔点降低,熔融指数呈现上升趋势;当改性竹粉的添加量为5 phr时,复合发泡材料的密度最轻且达到0151 g/cm3,发泡倍率最大且达到855。
Thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)was used as the main matrix and modified bamboo powder as the filler,and the TPU composite foaming material for shoes was prepared by supercritical foaming technology.The effects of different modified bamboo powder contents on the morphology,thermal stability,melt fluidity,density and foaming rate of composite foaming materials were studied.The results show that when the modified bamboo powder is added,the microscopic pore morphology of the composite foaming material is characterized by a closed-cell structure,with the increase of the addition amount of bamboo powder,the pore size decreases and gradually tends to be homogene⁃ous,the initial decomposition temperature of the composite material remains unchanged,the melting point decreases,and the melting index shows an upward trend with the increase of the amount of modified bamboo powder.When the addition amount of modified bamboo powder is 5 phr,the density of the composite foam material is the lightest and reaches 0.151 g/cm3,the foaming rate is the largest and reaches 8.55.
