摘要 弹性闭孔发泡材料是一种广泛应用的轻质隔声复合材料,但是对于闭孔材料的隔声特性研究却比较少。选用NBR-PVC闭孔发泡材料作为研究对象,通过阻抗管系统对材料的声学性能进行测试,收集了材料的相关物理参数,对其固有振动和闭孔气泡的理论共振进行计算分析。研究结果表明,材料本身的共振和闭孔气泡的共振分别导致弹性闭孔发泡材料隔声曲线上的两个隔声低谷,在质量控制区的频率范围内,材料的隔声曲线基本符合质量定律的趋势。该研究结果将为弹性闭孔发泡材料的隔声机理分析和隔声性能预测提供依据。 As a class of light sound insulation materials,elastic closed-cell foam is widely applied in engineering.However,the research of sound insulation mechanism of the foam is very few.In this paper,two closed-cell NBR-PVC composites were selected as the experimental samples.The acoustic property of the samples were measured by the impedance tube system.The relevant physical parameters were collected,and the theoretical resonance frequencies of the natural vibration and the closed cells vibration were calculated and analyzed.The results show that the two valleys on the sound insulation curves are caused by the resonance of the skeleton structure and the closed cells of the elastic closed-cell foams respectively.In the mass controlled region,the sound insulation curves of the elastic closed-cell foams are basically consistent with the mass law.This study provides a basis for the analysis of sound insulation mechanism and prediction of sound insulation performance of elastic closed-cell porous foams.
