摘要 本文研究了ICP-OES法检测钒铁合金中的砷的可行性。利用高纯铁做基体匹配、钇元素作内标以减少基体效应和仪器强度波动带来的影响。检测结果表明,钒铁合金中砷元素含量相对标准偏差(RSD)在3.2%~12.2%之间,加标回收率在94%~107%之间;微波消解溶样比酸溶法明显缩短了分析时间;标准样品验证结果表明,方法操作简便,准确可靠,可用于钒铁合金中砷含量的检测。 The feasibility of determination of arsenic in ferrovanadium alloy by ICP-OES was studied.High-purity iron used as the matrix match,and yttrium was used as the internal standard to reduce the influence of matrix effect and instrument drift.The results showed that the relative standard deviation(RSD)of arsenic in ferrovanadium alloyranged from 3.2%to 12.2%,and the recoveries ranged from 94%to 107%.The analysis time of microwave digestion is shorter than that of acid digestion.The method is easy to operate,high precision and accuracy,and can be used as a testing method for arsenic in ferrovanadium alloy.
