原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中铜、锌、镉含量

摘要 文章研究了原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中铜、锌、镉含量的方法,优化了仪器测定条件、微波消解试剂等。铜的浓度在0.05~0.4μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性相关系数r=0.99930,锌的浓度在0.02~0.8μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性相关系数r=0.99940,镉的浓度在0.2~2.4μg·L^(-1)范围内线性相关系数r=0.99840。加标回收率在95.3%~104.6%之间,方法的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.87%~5.91%之间。通过对某农田8个土壤样品铜、锌、镉含量检测,建立了良好的方法,实验结果表明,该方法准确度高,精密度好,为监管部门提供了一定的参考。 This paper studied the determination of copper,zinc and cadmium in soil,and optimized the instrument measurement conditions,microwave digestion reagent,etc.The concentration of copper is linear from 0.05 to 0.4μg·mL^(-1),linear correlation coefficient r=0.99930;zinc concentration is from 0.02 to 0.8μg·mL^(-1),linear correlation coefficient r=0.99940;cadmium concentration is linear from 0.2 to 2.4μg·L^(-1),linear correlation r=0.99840.The recovery rate of the spike is between 95.3%and 104.6%,and the relative standard deviation of the method(n=6)is between 0.87%and 5.91%.Through the detection of copper,zinc and cadmium content in 8 soil samples of a farmland,a good method is established.The experimental results show that the method has high accuracy and good precision,which provides a certain reference for the regulatory authorities.
