间充质干细胞及其衍生物治疗高原低氧环境下心血管疾病的研究进展

摘要 心血管系统疾病死亡率位居各大系统首位。高原环境以缺氧为主要特征,就心脏而言,为适应低氧变化,可引发心肌细胞损伤、心室重塑和心功能低下等一系列问题,甚至可诱发或加重心血管疾病。间充质干细胞(MSCs)作为细胞疗法的主要参与者,通过直接再生、旁分泌作用、免疫调节、微环境改善和促进内源性心脏修复的方式应用于心血管系统,对高原低氧环境下心血管疾病具有疗效。近年来有关高原地区应用MSCs防治高原病的研究报道日益增多。现就MSCs在高原低氧环境下对心血管系统的影响作一阐述,旨在明确高原低氧环境下心血管系统的变化特点及MSCs对其作用机制和防治效果。 The mortality rate of cardiovascular diseases is the highest among all major systems.The plateau environment is mainly characterized by hypoxia,and in the case of the heart,adapting to the hypoxic changes triggers a series of problems such as cardiomyocyte damage,ventricular remodelling,and cardiac hypoplasia.It may even induce or aggravate cardiovascular diseases.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are a novel therapeutic strategy for cell therapy.They are applied to the cardiovascular system through direct regeneration,paracrine effects,immunomodulation,microenvironmental improvement,and promotion of endogenous cardiac repair.They are highly effective in cardiovascular diseases in the low-oxygen environment of a plateau.In recent years,there have been increasing research reports on applying MSCs to prevent and treat plateau diseases in plateau areas.Now,we would like to elaborate on the effects of MSCs on the cardiovascular system in a plateau hypoxia environment,aiming to clarify the characteristics of changes in the cardiovascular system in a plateau hypoxia environment,and the mechanism and preventive and therapeutic effect of MSCs.
