摘要
针对目前油葵脱粒作业中存在的脱净率低和籽粒破损率高等问题,通过分析脱粒凹板筛的结构特点,设计了一种可调节式油葵脱粒装置。介绍了可调节式油葵脱粒装置的结构与工作原理,并对凹板筛中的直径调节机构进行运动学分析,确定结构参数,得出凹板筛可变间隙a为0~25mm,进而得出脱粒间隙δ为20~45mm;根据脱粒滚筒的设计确定作业参数,即滚筒转速为200~300r/min、喂入量q≤2.1kg/s。试制了可调节式油葵脱粒装置试验台,试验结果表明:当脱粒间隙为30mm、滚筒转速为300r/min、喂入量为1.5kg/s时,油葵脱净率为98.67%,籽粒破损率为2.34%,满足相应条件下的脱粒作业要求。
In view of the problems of the low oil sunflower threshing rate and high seed breaking rate in oil sunflower threshing operations,the structural characteristics of the threshing concave plate screen were studied,and an oil sunflower threshing device with the adjustable clearance was designed.This paper introduced the structure and working principle of the oil sunflower threshing device with the adjustable clearance,and performed a kinematic analysis on the diameter adjustment mechanism in the concave sieve to determine the structural parameters and concluded that the variable clearance of the concave sieve a was 0 to 25mm.Furthermore,it was concluded that the threshing clearanceδwas 20 to 45 mm.According to the design of the threshing drum,the operating parameters were determined.The drum speed n Z was 200 to 300 r/min and the feeding rate q≤2.1 kg/s.And trial-produced adjustable oil sunflower threshing device test bench.The test results show that when the threshing gap is 30mm,the drum speed is 300r/min,and the feed rate is 1.5 kg/s,the oil sunflower removal rate is 98.67%,and the grain damage rate is 2.34%,which meets the threshing operation requirements under the corresponding conditions.
