摘要
针对某变电站500 kV金属封闭组合电器盆式绝缘子表面闪络故障,通过对盆式绝缘子进行工频耐受试验、局部放电试验和X射线探伤等技术手段,查找出粉尘、金属杂质等自由颗粒是引发故障的主要因素,并根据自由颗粒对盆式绝缘子绝缘特性的影响分析,提出在设计、运输、安装以及运维等环节的改进措施,为金属封闭组合电器设备的科学设计和安全运行提供参考。
In response to the surface flashover fault of basin insulator in the 500 kV metal-enclosed switch gear of a certain substation,technical approaches are conducted such as power frequency withstand test,partial discharge test,and X-ray inspection on the basin insulator to identify that free particles such as dust and metal impurities are the major factors causing the fault.Based upon the analysis on the effects of free particles on the insulation characteristics of the basin insulator,the improvement measures are proposed at the design,transportation,installation,and operation and maintenance stages,which offers reference for the scientific design and safe operation of metal-enclosed switch gears.
