摘要
对铜合金和铝合金铸件着色探伤检查的断口观察表明 ,凡有“红斑”显像的部位 ,在铸件中都存在着渣孔、疏松或裂纹等铸造缺陷 ,检查的精确度达 98%以上 。
Technological experiments on dye penetration inspection for non ferrous metal casting is conducted. The fracture test demostrates that where there is red spot on the surface of inspected casting, where exists casting defect such as porosity and crack. The accuary of the inspection is more than 98%, and the permissible criterion for defect manifestation trace is also put forward.
