基于自发性活动需求农贸市场空间组织模式研究

摘要 农贸市场作为社区商业空间重要的组成部分,其面向服务范围内大量的社区居民,具有人群密度大、刚性需求强等特征,由此人群行为活动是影响农贸市场空间发展的关键要素。而自发性活动就是在农贸市场空间生长过程中由使用人群自主发生且伴随一定规律性产生的行为,其反映人群对于市场需求变化的同时,还体现市场功能组成与空间组织存在的缺失。该文以沈阳地区农贸市场为研究对象,基于使用人群自发性活动,探讨人群需求与自发性活动空间所具有的特征。列举农贸市场以功能划分的空间组成要素,探究其影响下农贸市场功能空间要素之间的组织模式,为今后农贸市场的建设与改造思路提供参考。 As an important component of community commercial space,the agricultural market is aimed at a large number of community residents within its service scope,with characteristics such as high population density and strong rigid demand.Therefore,crowd behavior activities are a key factor affecting the development of the agricultural market space.Spontaneous activities,on the other hand,are behaviors that occur autonomously and with certain regularity during the spatial growth process of agricultural markets.They reflect the changes in market demand among the population,as well as the deficiencies in market functional composition and spatial organization.Taking the agricultural trade market in Shenyang area as the research object,based on the spontaneous activities of users,we explore the characteristics of crowd demand and spontaneous activity space.We also list the spatial components of the agricultural trade market divided by functions,and explore the organizational patterns among the functional spatial elements of the agricultural trade market under their influence,so as to provide reference for the construction and transformation ideas of the agricultural trade market in the future.
