摘要
在当前教育环境中,高校辅导员和思政课教师在大学生思想政治教育过程中相互独立,缺乏育人合力。该文基于“一站式”学生社区建设,构建思政课教师和辅导员耦合育人的“六次课堂”,探索“2+6”的耦合育人模式,分析辅导员和思政课教师在耦合育人过程中存在的问题,通过搭建耦合育人平台、建立耦合发展机制、完善育人载体等实现两支队伍横向互通和纵向联动,为育人工作的有效开展提供一定的理论支持,为思想政治教育拓展提供研究视角。
In the current educational environment,counselors and ideological and political teachers are independent of each other in the process of ideological and political education for college students,and lack joint efforts in educating students.Based on“one-stop”student community construction,this paper builds“six classrooms”where counselors and ideological and political teachers cooperate to educate students,explores the“2+6”cooperative education model,and analyzes the problems existing in the process.By building a cooperative education platform,establishing a coordinated development mechanism,and improving the education carrier,the two teams can achieve horizontal interconnection and vertical linkage,which provides certain theoretical support for the effective development of education,and provides a research perspective for the expansion of ideological and politi-cal education.
