摘要
目的:分析住院病案首页质量控制应用于疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)中的效果。方法:本院于2022年1月开始实施住院病案首页质量控制,选取2020年1—12月徐州医科大学附属医院病案统计科管理的病案1500例作为管理前组,选取2022年1—12月管理的病案1500例作为管理后组。管理前组实施常规管理,管理后组实施住院病案首页质量控制。比较两组住院病案首页信息缺失率、错误率。结果:管理后组患者基础信息、住院信息、费用信息、诊疗信息缺失率低于管理前组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后组诊断名称、诊断编码、手术操作名称、手术操作编码错误率低于管理前组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:住院病案首页质量控制在DRGs中的应用效果显著,能够降低住院病案首页信息缺失率及错误率,有利于具体分类疾病。
Objective:To analyze the effect of inpatient case home page quality control application in disease diagnosis-related groupings(DRGs).Methods:The hospital began to implement inpatient case home page quality control in January 2022,and fifteen hundred cases managed by the Department of Case Statistics of the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the pre-management group.Fifteen hundred cases from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the post-management group.In the pre-management group,routine management was implemented,and in the post-management group,inpatient case home page quality control was implemented.Compare the rate of missing information and error rate on the inpatient case home page of the two groups.Results:The missing rate of patients'basic information,hospitalization information,cost information and diagnosis and treatment information in the post-management group was lower than that in the pre-management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the error rate of diagnosis name,diagnosis code,surgical operation name and surgical operation code in the post-management group was lower than that in the pre-management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of inpatient case home page quality control in DRGs is remarkable,which can reduce the rate of missing information and error rate of inpatient case home page,and is conducive to the specific classification of diseases.
