摘要
目的分析品管圈(quality tube circle,QCC)活动对提高住院病案首页数据填报准确率、病案质量的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月茂名市人民医院医务人员30名和住院病案200份为研究对象,于2020年1—12月采取常规管理模式(病案100份),于2021年1—12月按照QCC活动步骤开展住院病案首页数据填报管理(病案100份),比较在管理前后的住院病案首页数据填报准确率、病案质量、工作质量、病案首页数据缺陷情况。结果QCC活动开展后,住院病案首页数据填报准确率、病案质量及工作质量明显更高于活动开展前,QCC开展后病案首页数据缺陷发生率低于活动开展前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论QCC活动能够有效提高住院病案首页数据填报准确率、病案质量,规范病案书写工作,提高工作质量,降低病案首页数据缺陷发生率。
Objective To analyze the impact of quality tube circle(QCC)activities on improving the accuracy of inpatient case home page data filling and case quality.Methods 30 medical staffs and 200 inpatient cases of Maoming People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected for the study.The regular management mode(100 cases)was adopted from January to December 2020,and the management of inpatient case home page data filling(100 cases)was carried out from January to December 2021 according to the steps of QCC activities.The accuracy rate of inpatient case home page data filling,case quality,work quality,and case home page data defects before and after the management were compared.Results After the QCC activity,the accuracy rate of inpatient case home page data filling,case quality and work quality were significantly higher than before the activity,and the incidence of case home page data defects after QCC was lower than before the activity,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion QCC activities can effectively improve the accuracy of inpatient case home page data filling and case quality,standardize case writing work,improve work quality,and reduce the incidence of case home page data defects.
