摘要
近年来,桥本甲状腺炎发病率明显升高。甲状腺位于颈下,为脾胃两经循行所过。饮食不节,思虑过度易导致内伤脾胃,脾胃虚损则易致桥本甲状腺炎。夏仲元教授认为甲状腺与脾胃关系密切,健脾益气是桥本甲状腺炎治疗中的重点环节,方用补中益气汤合消瘰丸加减。桥本甲状腺炎合并甲状腺功能亢进时应注意滋阴潜阳,合并甲状腺功能减退时宜温补脾肾,伴结节性甲状腺肿时则宜疏肝健脾,行气活血,方用逍遥蒌贝散加减。从脾胃论治桥本甲状腺炎的思路取得了良好的效果,值得对此方向进行更加深入的探讨。本文总结分析夏仲元教授从脾胃论治桥本甲状腺炎的相关经验。
In recent years,there has been a noticeable increase in the incidence of Hashimoto thyroiditis.The thyroid gland is located below the neck and is influenced by the circulation of the spleen and stomach channels.Poor dietary habits and excessive worrying can easily lead to internal damage to the spleen and stomach,which in turn can contribute to the development of Hashimoto thyroiditis.Professor Xia Zhongyuan believes that there is a close relationship between the thyroid gland and the spleen and stomach.Therefore,nourishing the spleen and benefiting qi is a key focus in the treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis.The prescription often involves modifying the Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Xiaoluo Pills.When Hashimoto thyroiditis is accompanied by hyperthyroidism,it is important to pay attention to nourishing yin and suppressing yang.In cases of hypothyroidism,it is advisable to warm and tonify the spleen and kidney.For nodular thyroiditis,it is recommended to regulate the liver,invigorate the spleen,promote qi circulation,and activate blood flow.The prescription often involves modifying Xiaoyao Loubei San.The approach of treating Hashimoto thyroiditis from the perspective of the spleen and stomach has shown promising results,warranting further exploration in this direction.This article summarizes and analyzes the relevant experiences of Professor Xia Zhongyuan in treating Hashimoto thyroiditis from the perspective of the spleen and stomach.
