摘要
某发电厂的继电保护系统在长期的运行过程中存在偶发性故障,主要问题为电流速断保护误动、零序过电流保护对单相接地故障误动作。为了解决以上问题,经过充分的调研和分析,发现造成故障的原因为继电保护系统整定值错误、整定方法不合理,导致整定结果与实际需求不符。针对故障因素的运行和维护管理措施为重新整定厂用高压电系统和厂用低压电系统的继电保护动作电流、动作时间等关键参数。
The relay protection system of a power plant has episodic faults in the long-term operation process,and the main problems are the mis-activation of current-flow interruption protection,and the mis-activation of zero-sequence overcurrent protection for single-phase ground fault.In order to solve the above problems,after sufficient research and analysis,it was found that the causes of the faults were the wrong setting value of the relay protection system and unreasonable setting method,which led to the setting results not matching the actual demand.The operation and maintenance management measures for the fault factors are to re-calibrate the key parameters such as relay protection action current and action time of the plant high voltage power system and the plant low voltage power system.
