摘要
配电线路保护控制设备是保证电力系统稳定性、电力设备安全性、供电可靠性、新能源消纳友好性的重要一环。为适应新型电力系统的建设和运行要求,需对配电线路保护控制设备的功能定位进行重新确定,并加快技术迭代升级,以缩短故障隔离时间、减少停电范围、提高运维效率、提升状态感知能力。基于配电线路保护控制设备的发展现状,从功能需求分析出发,重点讨论其设备形态和智能运维,展望其未来趋势,为相关研究和应用提供参考。
Feeder protection and control equipment in distribution network is an important part of ensuring the stability of power system,the safety of power equipment,the reliability of power supply,and the friendliness of new energy integration.In order to meet the construction and operation requirements of the new power system,the functions of the feeder protection and control equipment should be re-determined,and the technology iteration and upgrading should be accelerated to shorten the fault clearance time,reduce the power outage range,improve the operation and maintenance efficiency,and improve the status awareness ability.Based on the present status of feeder protection and control equipment,starting from the analysis of functional requirements,this paper discusses its equipment form and intelligent operation and maintenance,looks forward to the future trend,and provides reference for related research and application.
