教学自主权对中小学教师教科研动机的影响研究

摘要 中小学教师进行教科研有利于其深入教育情境并审视自己在教育教学过程中的不足和优势,提升其教学水平和管理效率。教师教学自主权对调动其教科研积极性有重要作用。采用问卷调查法,以398位中小学教师为调研对象,考察教师的教学自主权对其教科研动机的影响,结果发现:中小学教师的课程自主权水平高于一般教学自主权水平,教师从事教科研活动表现出的内部动机大于外部动机;中小学教师教学自主权及其各维度与教科研动机及其各维度均呈显著正相关关系。一般教学自主权对教科研动机及教科研外部动机具有显著正向预测作用;课程自主权对教科研内部动机具有显著的正向预测作用;一般教学自主权和课程自主权均对教科研动机具有显著正向预测作用。因此,要明确中小学教师的教科研与专业发展的关系,充分赋予教师教学自主权,激发教师教科研动机,促进教师真正参与教科研。 Teachers′educational research in primary and secondary schools is conducive to delving into educational contexts and examining the shortcomings and advantages in teaching process,thereby improving the teaching level and management efficiency.The autonomy of teachers in teaching plays an important role in mobilizing their enthusiasm for educational research.This study uses questionnaire to investigate on 398 teachers in primary and secondary schools,and explores on teachers′teaching autonomy and its impact on educational research motivation.Here are some findings.Teachers′curriculum autonomy is higher than that of general teaching autonomy,and their internal motivation in engaging in educational research activities is greater than external motivation.A significant positive correlation is seen between the teaching autonomy and its dimensions,as well as teachers′educational research motivation and its dimensions.The general autonomy of teaching has a significant positive predictive effect on the motivation of educational research,as well as the external motivation of educational research.Curriculum autonomy has a significant positive predictive effect on the internal motivation of educational research.Both general teaching autonomy and curriculum autonomy have a significant positive predictive effect on educational research motivation.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the relationship between teachers′educational research in primary and secondary schools and their professional development,empowering teachers with teaching autonomy and stimulating their motivation,so as to encourage their participation in real educational research.
