科教融合下广东省创新型公共卫生人才培养现状

Current situation of cultivating innovative public health talents in Guangdong Province under the background of integration of scientific research and education

摘要 科教融合是高校新的历史使命,指导高校培养高素质人才。文章以广东省医科院校全日制公共卫生专业硕士研究生为研究对象,对广东省公共卫生专业科教融合实施情况展开问卷调查。调查结果表明,公共卫生专业科教融合人才培养中存在实践能力培养不足、师资队伍素质不高、科研资源分配不均、激励机制不健全的问题。文章从构建课程体系、构建师资团队、完善激励制度三个方面提出建议,为促进科教融合提供理论依据。 The scientific research-education integration is the new historical mission for the institutions of higher learning,pointing out the direction of cultivating high-quality talents in colleges and universities.In order to investigate the implementation of scientific research-teaching integration in the specialty of public health,the authors conducted a questionnaire survey in full-time postgraduate students of public health in Guangdong Province.The results of the survey reveal the problems of insufficient cultivation of practical ability,underqualified faculty,uneven distribution of research resources,and imperfect incentive mechanism in the talent cultivation of this specialty.Finally,suggestions are put forward in three aspects of constructing the curriculum system,building the faculty team,and improving the incentive system,aiming to provide theoretical basis for promoting the integration of scientific research and education.
