摘要
大跨度钢结构的分段提升施工需要通过合龙才能进行后续整体提升,确定合理的提升方法是确保精确合龙的前提。针对大跨钢结构分段累积提升施工技术,首先分析合龙施工过程结构的受力和变形特征并结合结构变形预调值,提出了基于变形预调值和精确合龙的大跨钢结构分段提升优化方法和相应的数值模拟方法;其次通过曲线梁的算例进行了基于变形预调值和精确合龙的分段提升优化方法的验证与分析;最后通过朝阳站大跨鱼腹式钢结构进行了工程应用分析。结果表明基于变形预调值和精确合龙的分段提升优化方法的合理性和准确性,可以用于类似结构的施工过程模拟与分析。
The sectional lifting construction of large⁃span steel structures needs to be closed to carry out the subsequent overall lifting.Determining a reasonable lifting method is the premise to ensure accurate closure.For the construction technology of sectional cumulative lifting of large⁃span steel structures,firstly,the stress and deformation characteristics of the structure during the closure construction process are analyzed and combined with the structural deformation preset value.The optimization method and corresponding numerical simulation method for the sectional lifting of long⁃span steel structures based on the deformation preset value and precise closure are proposed.Secondly,the sectional lifting optimization method based on deformation pre⁃adjustment and precise closure is verified and analyzed by a curved beam example.At last,the engineering application of the large span fish⁃bellied steel structure of Beijing Chaoyang Railway Station is analyzed.The results show that the segmented lifting optimization method based on deformation pre⁃adjustment value and precise closure is reasonable and accurate,and the method and analysis results can provide scientific reference for the construction of large⁃span space structure cumulative lifting.
