直吹管浇注料振动成型夹具的结构优化设计

摘要 针对直吹管浇注料振动成型夹具质量过大和动态特性差等问题,建立夹具优化数学模型,采用拓扑优化对夹具结构材料分布进行寻优,并在拓扑优化基础上以灵敏度分析筛选相关性较大的尺寸作为优化变量,基于Kriging法建立响应面模型,采用多目标遗传算法对振动夹具进行尺寸优化,两次优化后的夹具质量共减小了12.7%,1阶固有频率共提高了2.8%。对优化后夹具结构进行扫频振动响应仿真分析,验证了夹具优化设计的有效性及合理性,有效解决了直吹管浇注料振动成型夹具设计中容易出现的试验共振和夹具质量过大等问题。 In order to solve the problems of excessive quality and poor dynamic characteristics of the direct blowing castable vibra-tion forming fixture,the mathematical model of fixture optimization was established,the topology optimization was used to optimize the distribution of fixture structure materials.On the basis of topology optimization,sensitivity analysis was used to screen the size with grea-ter relevance as the optimization variable.The response surface model was established based on Kriging method,and multi-objective ge-netic algorithm was used to optimize the size of the vibration fixture.The fixture quality after two optimizations is reduced by 12.7%,the first order natural frequency is increased by a total of 2.8%.And the scanning frequency vibration response simulation analysis of the op-timized fixture structure was conducted to verify the effectiveness and rationality of the optimized design of the fixture,effectively solving the problems of experimental resonance and excessive fixture quality that are prone to occur in the design of the vibration forming fixture for direct blow pipe castable.
