摘要
汽车轻量化不仅有利于降低环境污染,而且还能够提升汽车的安全环保性能,为研究新型复合材料玄武岩纤维应用于汽车零部件可以优化性能、减轻质量,该文以玄武岩纤维复合材料来设计汽车部件之一的车顶,并运用ABAQUS对其进行仿真分析,对比其性能相较于其他轻量化材料和金属材料的优劣。该分析可为新型复合材料应用于汽车零部件设计提供参考。
Lightweight automobile can not only reduce environmental pollution,but also improve the safety and environmental protection performance of automobile.In order to study that the application of new composite basalt fiber in automobile parts can optimize the performance and reduce the quality,this paper uses basalt fiber composite to design the roof of one of automobile parts,and uses ABAQUS to simulate and analyze it,and compares its performance compared with other lightweight materials and metal materials.This analysis can provide a reference for the application of new composites in the design of automobile parts.
