摘要 以提高汽车车顶抗压性和轻量化为目标,运用理论力学和材料力学的相关知识点,建立合理的踩踏区域,模拟双脚站立车顶的状况,通过车顶偏移量的大小来判断材料的性能。运用有限元分析的相关理论,将复杂的问题进行合理有效的简化处理,并结合现实中的碰撞、振动、结构强度和刚度等工况,找到适合仿真所需要的各种物理参数,然后将物理参数建立数学模型,模拟现实中可能发生的各种情况。通过数值模拟法对车顶结构材料性能进行综合的分析与评价,得出满足要求的车顶材料,达到汽车轻量化的设计要求,为车顶的前期设计或整车前期开发的流程提供参考。 In order to improve the compressive strength and lightweight of the car roof,the relevant knowledge points of theoretical mechanics and material mechanics are used to establish a reasonable trample area,simulate the situation of two feet standing on the roof,and judge the performance of the material through the size of the roof offset.Based on the theory of finite element analysis,the complex problems are simplified reasonably and effectively,and combined with the actual conditions of collision,vibration,structural strength and stiffness,various physical parameters suitable for simulation are found.Then,the physical parameters are modeled to simulate various situations that may occur in reality.Through the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the performance of the roof structure materials by the numerical simulation method,the roof materials that meet the requirements are obtained to meet the design requirements of vehicle lightweight,which provides a reference for the preliminary design of the roof or the preliminary development process of the whole vehicle.
