摘要
为研究佛坪国家级自然保护区大熊猫与同域分布的兽类多样性,于2017年1-12月,利用红外相机技术对陕西佛坪国家级自然保护区西河保护站的兽类多样性进行了调查.共布设40台红外相机,累计11006个相机工作日,获得兽类独立有效照片7301张,鉴定出25个兽类物种,分属4目14科.国家重点保护野生动物10个,占兽类总数的40%,其中国家I、II级重点保护野生动物物种均为5个.相对丰富度较高的前5个物种依次是秦岭羚牛(Budorcasbedfordi,27.15)、野猪(Susscrofa,12.40)、小麂(Muntiacus reevesi,7.84)、大熊猫(Ailuropodamelanoleuca,2.82)、中国豪猪(Hystrixhodgsoni,2.71).位点占有率前5个物种依次为野猪(100)、秦岭羚牛(97.5)、大熊猫(90)、黄喉貂(Martesflavigula,85)和小麂(80).西河保护站兽类科、种数均多于其它5个站,兽类种数远多于岳坝、大古坪、凉风垭和龙潭子4个保护站.本研究客观记录了西河保护站兽类的多样性和种群动态,为保护管理提供基础数据.
In order to study the diversity of giant panda and mammals distributed in the same area in the Foping National Nature Reserve,infrared camera technology was used to investigate the diversity of mammals at the Xihe Protection Station in this reserve.From January to December 2017,40 infrared cameras were installed,with a total of 11,006 camera-days and 7301 independent images of mammals,and 25 mammal species identified.They belong to 4 orders and 14 families.There are 10 national key protected wild animals,accounting for 40%of the total number of mammals,of which 5 are national level I and level II wild animal species under key protection.The top 5 species with higher relative richness are the Qinling antelope(Budorcas bedfordi,27.15),wild boar(Sus scrofa,12.40),little muntjac(Muntiacus reevesi 7.84),giant panda(Ailuropoda melanoleuca,2.82),and Chinese porcupine(Hystrix hodgsoni,2.71).The top 5 species with high site occupancy are wild boar(100),Qinling antelope(97.5),giant panda(90),yellow throated mink(Martes flavigula,85),and little muntjac(80).Both number of families and number of species identified in Xihe station are higher than any other five stations.The information of the diversity and population dynamics of mammals at the Xihe Conservation Station,would be the basic data for conservation management.
