超大面积钢网架整体顶升施工技术

摘要 结合广州市某汽车集团公司产能扩建厂房项目,对超大面积钢网架整体顶升施工技术进行分析研究与应用。针对大面积网架整体顶升重量大、面积大、稳定性难以控制等施工技术难点,通过采用点触式高强度应力集中临时支顶、分段应力缓冲降落体系、同步液压控制系统等方法,使整体顶升在紧凑的工期内实现安全高效施工,极大减少施工成本,效益显著,推广性强。此项超大面积钢网架顶升技术的研发及成功应用,对同类型钢网架结构工程具有较好的推广应用价值。 Combined with the production capacity expansion project of an automobile group company in Guangzhou,the analysis,research and application of the overall lift-up construction technology of the super large area steel space grid are carried out.In view of the construction technical difficulties such as large overall lift-up weight,large area and difficult stability control of large-area space grids,through the use of point-contact high-strength stress concentration temporary roof support,segmented stress buffering and dropping system,synchronous hydraulic control system and other methods,make the overall lift-up to achieve safe and efficient construction within a compact construction period,greatly reduce construction costs,significant benefits,and strong promotion.The research and development and successful application of this super large area steel space grid lifting technology,It has good promotion and application value for the same type of steel space grid structure engineering.
