摘要
为保证退役地块安全开发利用,本文对浙江省某化工企业地块进行了土壤和地下水详细调查,共布设35个土壤采样点和8个地下水采样点。经采样检测发现土壤中存在砷超标现象,土壤砷的超标可能来自车间地基基础使用的建筑砂石料;地下水中常规指标超标较多,但铁、铝超标最为严重,最大超标倍数为11.10和20.40倍,说明本地块的生产经营对本地块土壤和地下水造成了污染,地块后续需开展风险评估工作。
In order to ensure the safe development and utilization of the decommissioned plots,a detailed investigation of soil and groundwater was carried out on the plots of a chemical enterprise in Zhejiang province.It is found that the arsenic content in the soil exceeds the standard by sampling and testing,and the conventional indexes in the groundwater exceed the standard much,but the iron and aluminum content exceed the standard most seriously,the maximum exceeding the standard multiple are 11.10 and 20.40 times,it shows that the production and management of the plot has caused pollution to the soil and groundwater of the plot,and the subsequent risk assessment of the plot needs to be carried out.
