摘要
目的探讨重组人尿激酶原(rhPro-UK)静脉溶栓联合利脑心片治疗冠心病急性发作的临床疗效。方法选取2020年7月—2022年7月本院收治的冠心病急性发作患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组患者采用rhPro-UK静脉溶栓,观察组患者采用rh-Pro-UK静脉溶栓联合利脑心片联合治疗。对比2组患者的临床疗效、心功能及炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的84.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者各项临床症状持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后心功能指标及炎症因子指标优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对冠心病急性发作患者实施rhPro-UK静脉溶栓联合利脑心片治疗效果较好,可缓解患者临床症状,有利于心功能及炎症因子水平的改善,值得推广和应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of recombinant human prourokinase(rhPro-UK)combined with Linoxipac tablets in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study participants.They were randomly allocated to a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received rhPro-UK intravenous thrombolysis,while patients in the observation group received rhPro-UK intravenous thrombolysis combined with Linoxipac tablets.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function,and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the overall response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(97.78%vs.84.44%;P<0.05).The duration of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cardiac function and inflammatory factor indicators in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of rhPro-UK intravenous thrombolysis and Linoxipac tablets has good therapeutic effects in patients with acute coronary syndrome.It can alleviate clinical symptoms,strengthen cardiac function,and reduce inflammatory factor levels,holding promise for a wider application.
