西气东输三线天然气管道压缩机组远程控制技术应用研究

摘要 随着我国新建天然气管道快速发展以及管道自动化技术进步,天然气管道远程控制成为发展趋势。目前我国气管道集中调控可对自控仪表、阀门设备和分输调压进行远控操作,压缩机远程控制技术还处于初级阶段。为提高压缩机中控稳定性和准确度,分别从通信网络、数据采集与监视控制系统(SCADA)系统改进、人机界面以及压缩机启停、运行控制方面,提出了压缩机远程控制的设计原则和技术方案。在西气东输管道盐池输气站进行试点应用,设置GE公司燃驱离心式压缩机组,利用现有硬件平台,研发压缩机组远程控制系统,可实现控制中心直接发出启停和负荷调整指令,控制中心人机界面显示压缩机过程控制状态,采集现场数据计算压缩机组工作点,在压缩机固有的流量-压比特性曲线中显示其工作点等。该案例可实现压缩机组远程启停及运行调整的功能,对于提高我国天然气管道运行管理水平和输送效率具有重要意义。 With the rapid development of new natural gas pipelines in China and the advancement of pipeline automation technology,remote control of natural gas pipelines has become a development trend.At present,the centralized pipeline regulation in China can remotely control the automatic control instruments,valve equipment,and off load pressure regulation,and the remote control technology of compressors is still in its infancy.In order to improve the stability and accuracy of compressor central control,design principles and technical solutions for compressor remote control have been proposed from the aspects of communication network,SCADA system improvement,human-machine interface,and compressor start-stop,and operation control.A pilot application is conducted in the Yanchi Natural Gas Station of the West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline,with the installation of GE's fueldriven centrifugal compressor unit.Utilizing the existing hardware platforms,a remote control system for the compressor unit is developed,which can directly issue start-stop and load adjustment commands from the control center.Moreover,this system can achieve human-machine interface display of compressor process control status in the control center,collect on-site data to calculate the working point of the compressor unit,and display its working point in the inherent flow-pressure ratio characteristic curve of the compressor,etc.This case realizes the remote start-stop and operation adjustment function of the compressor unit,which is of great significance for improving the management level and transportation efficiency of China's natural gas pipeline operation.
