摘要
针对中国石油北京调控中心不能直接远程控制长输天然气管道压缩机组而造成管道运行调整滞后的问题,以西气东输管道盐池站为例,提出了压缩机组远程控制设计原则和方案,利用现有硬件平台,开发了相应的压缩机组远程控制系统。该系统可以实现:北京调度控制中心操作员工作站可直接发出启、停以及负荷调整等命令;将压缩机组过程控制状态传输至调控中心,在调控中心人机界面显示各部分状态信号;利用现场数据计算压缩机组工作点,并在压缩机固有的流量和压比的特性曲线中显示其工作点。通过远程控制,调度人员可以及时且有重点地了解压缩机组的运行情况,并以此优化管网运行方案,快速完成整个管网调度,提升管网效率。
PetroChina Oil & Gas Pipeline Control Center can not perform direct remote control on compressor sets of long- distance gas pipelines, resulting in delayed adjustment of pipeline operation. In order to solve this problem, a new design principle and program on remote control of compressor sets was proposed with Yanchi Station in West-to-East Gas Pipeline as an example, and the corresponding remote control system was developed by using the existing hardware platform. By virtue of this remote control system, the compressor sets can be controlled directly by the operator stations of PetroCbina Oil & Gas Pipeline Control Center for start, stop and load adjustment. In the meantime, the process control states of the compressor sets are transmitted and displayed on the man-machine interface in the Center. And the working points of the compressor sets are calculated by the field data and then displayed on the characteristic curves of the flow rate and pressure ratio of the compressor itself. Based on remote control, dispatchers can know and focus on the key operation status of compressor sets timely so as to optimize the operation scheme of pipeline network, complete its overall scheduling rapidly and improve its efficiency.
