摘要
基于装配式建筑,全面梳理了预制构件的质量控制流程和标准,分析了预制构件与现浇构件的连接节点的分类和特性以及影响连接节点性能的主要因素,并阐述了预制构件与现浇构件连接节点的设计原则和施工注意事项。结构表明,预制构件的质量控制需要实现全过程、分级、标准、规范、信息化的管理模式;预制构件与现浇构件的连接节点是保证装配式建筑结构整体性和抗震性的关键,其性能受连接形式、尺寸、位置、环境等因素制约。
Based on prefabricated buildings,the quality control process and standards of prefabricated components were comprehensively sorted out.The classification and characteristics of the connection nodes between prefabricated components and cast-in-place components,as well as the main factors affecting the performance of the connection nodes,were analyzed.Typical cases were used to explain the design principles and construction precautions of the connection nodes between prefabricated components and cast-in-place components.Research has shown that the quality control of prefabricated components requires a management mode that is full process,graded,standardized,standardized,and informationized.The connection nodes between prefabricated components and cast-in-place components are the key link to ensure the integrity and seismic resistance of prefabricated building structures,and their performance is constrained by various factors such as connection form,connection size,connection position,and connection environment.
