摘要
相较于传统建筑模式而言,装配式建筑不仅拥有更短的施工周期,同时具备节能环保、绿色高效、适应范围广等优势,高度契合我国社会可持续发展的目标。但在实际的装配式建筑施工项目中,无论是工厂预制构件、成品运输、现场装配等一系列工艺流程,都会受到非定量因素的影响。因此,本文详细分析装配置建筑项目施工质量控制的影响因素,并提出有针对性的质量控制措施,以供相关同业人员参考。
Compared with the traditional building mode,prefabricated buildings not only have a shorter construction period,but also have the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection,green and efficient,and wide range of adaptation,which highly match the goal of sustainable development of China’s society.However,in actual prefabricated building construction projects,a series of technological processes such as factory prefabrication of components,finished product transportation,and on-site assembly will be affected by non-quantitative factors.Therefore,this paper analyzes in detail the influencing factors of construction quality control of prefabricated building projects,and puts forward targeted quality control measures,for the reference of relevant peers.
