摘要
教师培训是促进教师专业发展的重要途径。调研发现,教师培训助力教师专业发展的现实困境表现为:教师培训内容与教师专业发展需求相脱节、教师培训难以实现教师专业发展的多重目标、“外铄式”的教师培训难以转化为教师个体“内生式”的自主发展。将教师培训建立在教师的专业发展需求之上、为教师培训提供系统的组织支持、为教师专业发展创设自主发展的氛围等策略能够促使教师培训更好地助力中小学教师的专业发展。
Teacher training is an important way to promote teacher professional development.According to the survey,the realisticdilemmas of teacher training in promoting teacher professional development are as follows:the content of teacher trainingisdisconnected with the needs of teacher professional development;it is difficult for teacher training to achieve the multiple goals of teacher professional development;and it is difficult for“outward-looking”teacher training to transform into“endogenous”independent development of teachers.Establishing teacher training on the basis of teachers’professional development needs,providing systematicorganizational support for teacher training,and creating an atmosphere of independent development for teacher professional development can make teacher training better contribute to the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.
