摘要
现代化产业体系是现代化经济体系的重要组成部分,是中国式现代化建设的重要支撑。数实融合是实现产业转型升级和高质量发展的重要途径,具有智能化、网络化、平台化、服务化等特征,是现代产业革命的核心驱动力。中国数字经济和实体经济融合发展已经取得显著成效,但仍面临着融合深度不足、融合发展不均衡、融合存在局部梗阻、融合面临安全风险和垄断风险等严峻挑战。以数实融合推动现代化产业体系建设,需要全力夯实人工智能底座技术,实现产业发展自主化、产业协同体系化、产业基础高级化,形成现代化产业体系发展合力。
The modern industrial system is an important part of the modern economic system,an important support for Chinese path to modernization.The integration of digital and real-world industries,characterized by intelligence,networking,platformization,and service-orientation,serves as a crucial pathway for achieving industrial transformation,upgrading,and high-quality development.It is the core driving force of the industrial revolution.While significant achievements have been made in China's integration of digital and real-world industries,challenges remain,such as insufficient depth of integration,unequal development,obstacles in industrial convergence,and data security risks and monopoly risks.To promote high-quality development of the modern industrial system through the integration of digital and real-world industries,it is necessary to fully leverage the vast market of China's population,construct an industrial system based on common prosperity,create platforms for data sharing and utilization,and achieve a new generation of technological transformation based on artificial intelligence.To promote the construction of modern industrial system through the integration of digital and real-world industries,it is necessary to fully consolidate the foundation technology of artificial intelligence,achieve independent industrial development,systematic industrial collaboration,advanced industrial foundation,and form a joint force for the development of a modern industrial system.
