碳纤维/镍复合材料的制备与电磁屏蔽效能

摘要 以直接干燥处理后的细菌纤维素(BC)为原料,采用磁控溅射的方法在细菌纤维素表面镀磁性金属镍,得到纤维结构完整、表面镀层致密、以非晶态为主的复合(BC/Ni)纤维材料。然后将BC/Ni复合材料在1000℃下进行碳化,采用一系列手段对产物的晶体结构、形貌、粒径、磁性能及电磁参数进行表征。试验结果表明:1000℃碳化镀镍细菌纤维素在频率为0.1~18GHz之间的屏蔽效能随着频率的增加而增加。与碳化纯的细菌纤维素相比,电磁屏蔽效能有了显著提高。 The dried bacterial cellulose(BC)is used as matrix material,and magnetic nickel is plated on the surface of the bacterial cellulose by magnetron sputtering method.The amorphous composite(BC/Ni)fiber material with intactfiber structure and dense surface coating is obtained.Then the BC/Ni composites are carbonized at 1000℃,and the crystal structure,morphology,particle size,magnetic properties and electromagnetic parameters of the products are characterized by a series of characterization methods.The experimental results show that the shielding efficiency of 1000℃carbonized nickel-plated bacterial cellulose increases with the increase of frequency between 0.1 GHz and 18 GHz.Compared with carbonized pure bacterial cellulose,the electromagnetic shielding efficiency of the composite material(CBC/Ni)is significantly improved.
