摘要
党的二十大报告强调,加快建设农业强国,扎实推动乡村产业、人才、文化、生态、组织振兴。协同推进农村基层党建与农民大学生教育,既有助于提升农村基层干部的治理能力,也有助于增强新型职业农民发展的凝聚力和向心力,在乡村振兴指引下有效解决“三农”问题。文章分析了农村基层党建与农民大学生教育协同推进的必要性,并围绕教育整合机制、基层党建体系、“双创”课程建设等方面提出农村基层党建与农民大学生教育协同推进的路径。
The report of the 2oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes accelerating the construction of an agricultural power and solidly promoting the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology,and organizations.Collaborative promotion of rural grassroots party building and education for rural college students not only helps to enhance the governance ability of rural grassroots cadres,but also enhances the cohesion and centripetal force of the development of new professional farmers,effectively solving the"three rural"problems under the guidance of rural revitalization.This article analyzes the necessity of collaborative promotion between rural grassroots party building and education for rural college students,and proposes paths for collaborative promotion between rural grassroots party building and education for rural college students around education integration mechanisms,grassroots party building systems,and the construction of"double innovation"courses.
