摘要
以山西省临浮高速公路工程为例,对混凝土预制护栏施工中的重点及难点进行分析,从模板设计、施工,以及钢筋施工、护栏预制施工等环节优化施工工艺,并强化落实质量控制及安全防护措施。该工程在2022年10月顺利完工,期间未发生安全事故,经质量检验,护栏尺寸误差±5 mm,未出现蜂窝、麻面,满足施工要求。
Taking Shanxi Province Linfu Expressway project as an example,analyze the key points and difficulties in the construction of concrete precast guardrail,optimize the construction technology from the template design,construction,steel construction,guardrail precast construction and other links,and strengthen the implementation of quality control and safety protection measures.The project was successfully completed in October 2022,during which no safety accidents occurred and the quality inspection,the size error of the guardrail was±5 mm,and showed no honeycomb or hemp surface,which met the construction requirements.
