摘要
超级堤防工程围堰施工技术与安全施工措施,为超级堤防工程干地施工创造基本条件,对超级堤防工程高质量建设施工具有重要的工程意义。为此,结合广州市南沙区明珠湾区慧谷片区(工业区涌至大角山)超级堤防工程围堰施工技术与安全施工措施实践案例展开分析研究。结果表明,全面了解工程概况,首先围绕围堰筑堰材料、堰体填筑要求(主要包括心墙填筑、堰体填筑)、排水设施施工、围堰施工要求标准、围堰施工质量检查控制(主要包括围堰填筑工程质量控制流程及围堰填筑工程质量检查控制)和围堰拆除等方面实施围堰施工技术分析;同时着重就围堰紧急情况应急处理(包括集中渗漏和超标洪水应急处理)及安全施工现场技术措施进行围堰施工安全技术措施研究。可为类似超级堤防工程围堰施工技术与安全施工措施提供借鉴参考。
The construction technology and safety construction measures of super embankment engineering create basic conditions for the dry construction of super embankment project,which have important engineering significance for the high-quality construction of super embankment engineering.Therefore,the analysis and study of cofferdam construction technology and safety construction measures of super embankment engineering in Huigu Area,Mingzhu Bay Area,Nansha District,Guangzhou City are carried out.The general situation of the project are comprehensively understood.Firstly,the construction technology of cofferdam is analyzed from the aspects of cofferdam construction materials,weir filling requirements,which mainly includes core wall filling and weir filling,drainage facilities construction,construction requirements and standards of cofferdam,construction quality inspection and control of cofferdam construction,which mainly includes the quality control process of cofferdam filling engineering and quality inspection and control of cofferdam filling engineering,and cofferdam demolition.At the same time,it focuses on the emergency treatment of cofferdam,which includes centralized leakage and excessive flood emergency treatment,and the technical measures of safety construction site.It can provide reference for the construction technology and safety construction measures of cofferdam in similar super embankment engineering.
